Terry Tincher’s career as a business owner, structural steel fabricator and erector began in Harveysburg, Ohio in 1975 with the founding of Tinchers Welding, LLC. Enjoying a solid reputation for quality workmanship, superior service and continuous investment in state-of-the-art automated equipment, the firm has grown to production rates exceeding 800 tons a month. A modern fleet of trucks serves clients throughout North America with reliable, timely deliveries, meeting the most demanding construction schedules.

Having delt with the difficulties and uncertainties of field welding throughout his career, Terry joined with engineer, Bob Foley, in 2008 to pioneer the introduction of patented weldless connections for the concrete building industry. Today AdvanConn connection devices are delivering SIMPLE, SAFE, SECURE solutions throughout the precast industry.
